ABOUT ME

Call me Coco. I love paintball. I mostly play at Bethel in Hampton VA, but also at TPS in hampton and ATS at ft. Eustis. Soon I'll be playing scenario events at Splatbrothers. I love speed and woods all the same. I have never had an entire equipment set in which everything was working. I need to fix my tank, and then I will.

07/21/2006 03:14:45 what I did after stripping the whole thing down was clamp it to my work table with a rubber jawed squeeze clamp to prevent any damage, and to keep it from moving around. I then took a flat file and started slowly working it down the lettering, one set at a time. ans as I was getting close to the bady of the receiver I started to follow the contour of the body to round out the milling so theres no flat spots. It took a little while, 2 or so hours, go slow so you dont take off too much metal. I have some pics in my gallery of the work in progress, camera batteries died before I could get the finished product, but i should have thos up sometime this weekend. the key is to go slow, then sand it down to remove any burrs or file marks, use a auto primer than will fill in shallow cracks, then paint.
